Integration Story
In modern customs processing, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance are crucial. Digicust uses advanced technologies to meet these needs, providing a comprehensive solution for automating and optimizing customs processes. To ensure smooth customs processing, Digicust relies on various data sources. It scans and processes PDF documents, efficiently extracting necessary information using AI-powered technology. Relevant data from emails are also extracted and integrated into the system for quick processing. Through seamless API integration with other software solutions and data sources, Digicust ensures direct and uncomplicated data flow. Connections to ERP systems allow relevant data to be captured and integrated, maintaining consistency and avoiding duplicate entries. In addition, data from Transport Management Systems, including delivery and transport route information, is also integrated into the Digicust platform.
The collected data from all these sources is consolidated and transmitted to the Digicust platform, ensuring that all relevant information is centrally available for further processing. The AI-based customs agents have learned how to complete customs declarations and tariff classifications based on a large volume of documents and written customs inputs. This enables an automation level of 70-90% without requiring manual effort from human operators.
Digicust uses several technologies to process incoming data for customs clearance. AI-driven document processing enables the system to analyze and extract key information from documents quickly and accurately, even at scale. Advanced AI algorithms automatically classify goods according to customs tariffs, significantly reducing errors and ensuring the correct tariff classification. Ongoing maintenance and updating of master data ensures the use of current and reliable information. The system also ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, minimizing the risk of fines or legal complications. With its no-code automation capabilities, users can create and manage complex automation flows without any programming knowledge, which simplifies the customization and optimization of customs processes and enables fully automated processing of customs declarations.
After processing through the Digicust platform, the data is fully prepared and ready to be transferred directly to the customs software. This significantly speeds up the submission process and reduces the manual workload. The customs software then processes the data prepared by Digicust to generate complete and accurate customs declarations. It submits this information directly to the relevant authority.
