New Features for the Master Data Module

The new features in the master data module!

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure to present you our Digicust master data module (see last blog here). Now there are some new functions with which the master data module works. you can use the master data module in our AI-based web app Digital Customs.

Master data module? What does it do again?

While you or your employees are processing customs cases, the Digicust Master Data Module works in the background and automatically fills itself with data when you process data with Dexter, and serves as the basis for data enrichment in customs clearance.

What features are new?

Bulk data import:

Bulk import of already available master data in Excel format. For a quick start to using Dexter IDP.

Bulk data export:

Bulk export of master data created and possibly updated by Dexter IDP. For flexible, cross-software use and full availability of your master data.

Bulk editing:

bulk processing and updating of master data that has been freshly created by Dexter IDP through document processing.

Selection of customs offices:

Customs offices and their respective types can be selected on a stakeholder-level (according to the shipper/importer).

Means of Transport Selection:

The last new feature provides the possibility to define the means of transport at each border crossing, also, on a stakeholder-level. For automated transmission of the correct transport to your customs software.
